Conditions of participation for the Zuitable Instagram competition from 15.11.2024 to 28.11.2024

The competition takes place on:

Instagram (direct to the competition post).

Participation is only possible via the Internet and requires registration on the platform on which the competition takes place.

The competition will take place from November 15, 2024 to November 28, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

Participation takes place by writing a comment under the post. Comments must only be made under the post about the competition on the respective platform that offers the competition prize.

The main prize is a voucher for the Zuitable online shop worth 300€.

Only those who meet the requirements mentioned above have a chance of winning the prize mentioned.

The raffle is organized by Christian Filusch Handelsagentur GmbH & Co. KG, Seydlitzstrasse 36, 40476 Düsseldorf, Germany.

Natural persons residing in Germany who are 18 years or older are eligible to participate. Employees of Christian Filusch Handelsagentur GmbH & Co. KG and their relatives are excluded from participation.

The participant expressly agrees that, in the event of a win, the name used on the respective platform may be published on the Zuitable account of the respective platform, depending on the circumstances of the competition and the technology, including the display of the participant's profile. The winner will be determined without legal recourse. The winner will be drawn using a random generator from all participants who have taken part and who meet the conditions of participation. The winner will be announced within two days of the end of the competition by informing the winners via the messaging system of the respective platform. The winners must contact the Zuitable account that organized the competition on the respective platform by direct message within 7 days with their contact details required to process the competition (name, email address, telephone number). If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited.

Only one prize can be won per household. The prize can only be claimed as described, is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. The prize will be sent promptly.

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time or to interrupt or terminate the competition or the draw in whole or in part for important reasons without prior notice. This applies in particular if circumstances exist that could disrupt or prevent the competition or the draw from running as planned, such as the occurrence of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors and/or other technical reasons that cause a significant impairment. This also applies if the implementation is significantly impaired or excluded for legal reasons, as well as in the event of manipulation or attempted manipulation that affects the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and proper implementation of the draw.

This promotion has no connection with Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram in any way. The recipient of the information you provide is not Instagram, but Christian Filusch Handelsagentur GmbH & Co. KG, Seydlitzstrasse 36, 40476 Düsseldorf, Germany. The information provided will only be used to notify you of a win and to deliver the prize.

The organizer processes personal data of participants in prize draws and competitions only in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations, insofar as the processing is necessary for the provision, implementation and processing of the prize draw (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR), the participants have consented to the processing (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR) or the processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR serves the legitimate interests of the organizer in the security of the prize draw or in protection against misuse.

As part of the competition, the organizer will inform participants which of their details are required for participation.

Participants' data will be deleted as soon as the competition has ended and the data is no longer required to inform the winners or because queries about the competition are to be expected. Participants' data will generally be deleted no later than 6 months after the end of the competition. Winners' data may be retained for longer, for example to answer queries about the prizes or to fulfill the prize services; in this case, the retention period depends on the type of prize and is up to three years for items or services, for example in order to be able to process warranty cases. Participants' data may also be stored for longer, for example as part of (data protection-compliant) reporting on the competition in online and offline media or in the case of participation contributions that are published on social media.
